Declaration Notice: Municipality issued a declaration notice. Owners have 30 days to establish their position or perform the corrective action before the municipality proceeds with the final Public Nuisance declaration. Not available for acquisition.
Declared: Property officially declared a public nuisance. Available for acquisition through a letter of intent under Article 4.012. It may also be subject to the summary procedure of Article 4.012A (Law 114-2024), a separate path initiated by the municipality; the priority rule for that path, for people with limited access to the traditional market, applies to properties rehabilitable as residences.
Being Expropriated: Property in municipal expropriation proceedings. Administrative process active. Not yet available.
Expropriated (For Sale): Property expropriated by the municipality. The municipality holds the title and the property can be acquired through direct sale with the municipality.
Sold: Property already acquired through a letter of intent or other direct post-expropriation sale.
